Sistema, TCS Group soar 5% on media reports on acquisition talks

MOSCOW, Oct 14 (PRIME) -- The shares of Russian multi-industry holding Sistema and the depositary receipts of TCS Group rose by about 5% after Bell reported that founder of Tinkoff Bank Oleg Tinkov is considering proposals by MTS and MTS Bank, units of Sistema, to buy the bank, according to the Moscow Exchange.  

Sistema grew by 5% to a high of 26.22 rubles and TCS Group Holding by 5.4% to 1,957 rubles.
